Shipping and Returns

For all return requests for items purchased through littlepong.com, please give us a call at +639198081755, or send us an email, info@littlepong.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return details. Once you receive your RA from us, your product must be received in our warehouse within the next 30 days or we will not be able to issue you a refund and only an exchange can be offered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For Little Pong purchased in a store or other online retailers, please contact them for their respective return policy.

Gift certificates cannot be returned for refund.
